Today I had to go to the doctor and we found out I have asthma. I couldn't breathe well yesterday (or today for that matter). I got this inhaler contraption that I think is really cool, until I have to use it. Here I am showing you what to do...you put it to your mouth like this...then you breathe like this. Too bad I don't do that when it's really time...Mom and Dad have to pin me down and smush it on my face. It's very traumatic! To make my day better, since I have to do that every four hours and can't go outside, we painted and I ran around in my paint shirt!

mary clare, i just want you to know you can do almost anything with asthma. the guy i ran the marathon with has asthma and he finished before me!
