Patrick at the hospital

Last week was a pretty bad week for the Ingrams. On New Year's Night, we had to take Patrick to the ER because he pretty much turned blue from lack of oxygen and the beginning of dehydration. At Henry Medical Center they stabilized him, then we rode in a transport ambulance to Egleston Children's Hospital in Atlanta. He had bronchiolitis, which he got from a normal cold virus. They took such good care of him and he improved quickly, getting off his oxygen the second night, and off his IV the next day. We had to stay 4 days and nights to make sure he got all of the congestion out of his lungs. And now he's all better, thank God! And thanks to the Montagues for taking care of Mary Clare at the last minute, and Mamamo and Dadaddy for taking over until Sunday.

Oh, man. I can't imagine how stressful that must have been for you all. Glad to hear you are back home and well.
